Workforce dynamics refers to the monthly time-series of aggregated company headcounts, inflows, outflows, salaries etc. The data tracks talent at a company and can come at various levels of aggregation or granularity, such as roles, locations or seniority. The data corrects for sampling bias (the fact that Revelio draws from an online population with professional profiles) and reporting time-lag (the fact that people update their profiles with a delay) to represent the true workforce at a company as best possible. Because of computational intensity and resulting size, Revelio limits workforce dynamics to 10k companies.
