Eligibility

• You must be an active Dewey subscriber to submit a claim.
• All grants require that the qualifying work cites a Dewey dataset using a valid DOI. Dewey reserves the right to verify eligibility before fulfillment.
• Specific eligibility requirements (publication status, submission date, account type, etc.) are listed on each individual grant.

Redemption

• Each grant may be claimed once per eligible project or account, as specified on the grant. Claims are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Discounts apply to future renewals only and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
• Physical rewards (e.g., merchandise) are available to US addresses only. International availability may vary by grant.

Fulfillment

• Grants are subject to availability. Allow reasonable time for Dewey to verify your submission before fulfillment.
• Shipping address and personal information collected for physical fulfillment will be used solely for that purpose and deleted after your order is processed.

General

• Dewey reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any grant at any time without notice.
• Fraudulent or inaccurate submissions may result in disqualification and could affect your account standing.
• Dewey's decisions regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final.
