ATTOM Data Assessor History

The Assessor history dataset includes files and records from previous tax-assessed years. The data is gathered from County tax assessor’s offices and includes the following data points:- Assessor’s parcel number- Ownership, legal description, site address- Property characteristics (beds, bath, sq. ft., pool, garage, etc.)- Property tax and assessed value- Last sale date and priceThis dataset does NOT include the most recent assessment.
